All pre-sale orders will be shipped within 3 business days.

Orders with active tracking numbers cannot be returned through any channels. For orders without tracking updates, please contact our customer service at contact@toyapex.com (100% response within 24 hours (including weekends/holidays).

2.Pre-sale Order Benefits

Unshipped pre-sale orders will receive complimentary gifts.

To claim your gift, please contact our customer service within 48 hours. After this period, gift availability cannot be guaranteed due to limited quantities.

We appreciate your understanding if gifts become unavailable.

3.Compensation Policy for Delayed Shipments

For shipped pre-sale orders experiencing delivery delays, we will provide gift compensation with your next purchase.

To redeem: Email your V3 order number + new purchase confirmation. Gifts will be included in your new shipment.

Direct gift requests require $5.99 shipping fee payment.

4.Special Note

Our store will fully absorb the Shopify transaction fee of HKD 85 per refund.
